Usage beyond what is included
- Phone minutes: the first 150 each month are included with DAXOne Online; each minute after that is $0.15, rounded up per call, on the next monthly invoice. The Settings page shows the running count all month.
- Extra locations on Multi-Store: $75/mo each beyond the 4 included.
What you are never charged for
- No setup fee, no hardware requirement, no contract — cancel any month.
- No commission on sales, online orders or phone orders.
- AI usage inside the plan (invoice parsing, Ask DAX, price checks) is included, not metered to you.
- Add-ons are switched on by you in Settings and prorated from that day; switching off credits the unused part.
Card payments
Card payments at the register and online go through the store's OWN Stripe account (2.9% + 30¢ to Stripe). DAXOne takes no commission and no percentage of sales.
Prices in USD. Add-ons are switched on by the store in Settings and appear as separate lines on one monthly Stripe invoice. A store's Billing page shows its own lines and an estimate of the next invoice at all times.
